How do I make a reservation with Elegant Limousine and Towncar?
You can make a reservation by calling any of the numbers listed on our contact page, or use the form listed there.
How do you know my flight is in?
We use flight tracking systems to know when you have landed. If the flight is delayed, early or canceled we know about it. However if your flight is cancelled and you take another flight and still want us to pick you up, please call us.
What should I do if I need to change my reservation?
Call us at any of the numbers listed on our Contact page with any changes or additional information.
What is your cancellation policy?
We provide a refund when you notify us at least 2 hours in advance of your pickup time over the phone. On-line it must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
What should I do if my car is not there?
Call us immediately at any of the numbers listed on our Contact page if you do not see the driver right away and we will make sure that you and the driver connect.
How do I meet my driver at the airport?
After claiming your luggage, proceed to the nearest outside door and give us a call at any of the numbers listed on our Contact page and we will dispatch the driver to meet you by the curb.
We also provide a "Meet and Greet" service for an additional $5 surcharge and the driver will meet you with the sign at the luggage claim area.
